Employ young new judges through the military. Under the military high paid through the commands. Ghana Bar Association should be closed it serves no purpose. The minister of justice should constitute about hundred prosecutors and Cort's to handle these case.We all know that the current judges have already started nogotiations for their share of the stolen money and continue postponement of cases.
