It appears he doesn't know the cost of denying a school child at the district level the opportunity of responding to national duty. Patriotism doesn't fall from the sky. Participation in activities of the 6th March instills in the Ghanaian child the spirit of Patriotism which cannot be bought in a shop. The PNDC did the same mistake. They were only using figures to close down many state owned enterprises forgetting that some of these enterprises were training Ghanaians in skill acquisition. Today, certain construction workers are imported from Togo and Nigeria because we don't have people with certain skills.
