  These are not the people to be arrested. They are just drug addicts and nothing else. The police should empty the Prisons and occupy it with political thieves.

  The police arrested these guys for money. The police needed some money. The police, the military could not even arrest illegal mining workers but when it comes to drug addicts they are serious and powerful. Shame on the NPP, shame on the NDC and shame on all security services. Ghanaians should wait and see, the military shall takeover the country again. Ghana needs this one more time. The military may better reset the country as any political party.

  The police arrest them for prosecution or rehabilitation. If it is for proscition, then wrong target. These people need rehab.
