  It's not the first time that an NDC sitting President is going to talk about Keta sea defence. RAWLINGS for 19 years did very little. Papa Mills and Mahama did not care in their eight years. We hope Mahana is going to send his brother to Marshall all his machines and get grinate boulder rocks to start the sea defence. It's more important than Hajji village and Pilgrims ticket subsidy. People at Keta deserve better.
