Apart from the Rawlings era where some sea defense wall was built nothing has been added to it compared to the Central and Western regions where massive sea defense project has been constructed by the NPP government. The Volta region can't boast of a single fishing harbor or a landing site. This is a challenge to the NDC to walk the talk.
