  Look at the state of the park. A park without green grass and beautiful flowers. Do we have a sense of beauty in Ghana? What is the purpose of maintaining a Department for Parks and Gardens if they cannot beautify our parks and Gardens. Go to Addis Ababa in Ethiopia and see how beautiful and well maintained their parks are. Ghana is truly a sh****t hole and poorly administered country. Now the Black Star Square has also become a market place for street sellers and horse riders. We make everywhere dirty because no one is enforcing the laws.
