  At times l get extremely worried over unfortunate incidents such as this one in our school. Right down from JHS to the universities.
  Years back with the old system of education where we had to spend Seven years in secondary school,PTA was in place, students can be suspended or dismissed for some category of offences hardly do we hear of such incidents.
  At the ongoing education reform dialogue l suggest issues such this should be part of the agenda

  But the killer is not from outside? Increase in security at the campus yes, but on what basis can securitymen prevent lovers or two opposite sex students from walking together ? Inasmuch as it's unfortunate, they were lovers so hardly securitymen could do unless maybe during in the heat of altercation, alarm was raised other than that nothing could be done. This boyfriend and girlfriend issues have become a killing field.
