  Look Andre himself must know that he has had his time, and he should have retired by now,...but he is proud and stubborn. He doesn't want the last memories that Ghanaians have of him to be his poor performances and missed penalties, but if he does not retire, it will only get worse, because the guy has no legs, he has no defense in his game, and he is only good for 5 minutes. The number 10 Jersey, like any other standard jersey number has been passed around like Ashawo from Abedi, to Appiah, Dede, and to Kudus. Trust me, it will be passed around some more. I like Dede Ayew, but the jersey does not belong to him or any other player. Let's focus on what's important, WINNING.

Even Antoine Griesemann who actually WON the World Cup for France is no longer the captain of the French team and you don't hear the French people complaining about "stripping" the armband from Griesemann. Also Paul Pogba and Blaise Matuida actually WON the World Cup but are no longer part of the French team and no one in France is complaining they should be back because the won the WC. Why is it that in Ghana alone you act like the captain armband is some sort of status symbol even if you have not won any trophies before?

  Dede Ayew has served his country well even though he could not achieve his dream of captaining the Black stars to dizzy heights. I admire his selflessness however, and to all those clamoring for his return/inclusion into the Blackstar Team; please cut him a break
