  From importers, clearing agents, regulators to virtually everyone directly or indirectly involved must must answer questions. I can't imagine how on earth can this evade all the Regulators such as FDA, Standards Authority, GRA (Customs Chemical Testing Department), etc. lined up at the entry points of Ghana with their laboratory testing laboratories?
  
  This why will forever and continuously bow to give my utmost respect for Dr Opuni who put Ghanaians welfare ahead of personal gains.
  
  These are some of the things he was doing (sample, testing, seizures or confiscate and destroy) that affected certain criminally minded perceived NPP financial bedrocks such as Tobinco that landed him in 8 years of malicious prosecution. For want of better word, PERSECUTION. It is on record, from Nana Tobin of Tobinco Pharmaceutical that not even President was able stop him from destroying his imported "dangerous" drugs from entering the Ghanaian market. They were destroyed beyond recovery and reuse yet with the help of Akufo Addo's Godfred Dame and NPP, he had guts to pursue damage reclaims from our court.
  
  Thank God this revelation is comes in the epic era of Resetting Ghana. No more cover up.
  
  Criminal investigations must not be limited to only persons involved but also uncover sampled efficacy all other drugs are content thereof.

  So where has the FDA been all this time? Ghanaians are made to believe that FDA has an effective quality control system in place to protect the populace. One can imagine how many innocent lives have been lost through the lackadaisical approach of the FDA. Ghanaians would have continued to die had it not been for the investigative reporting by the BBC.

  They're only invested in extorting money from businesses. There has to be immediate Reset of the FDA. It's now as useless as EC.

If they are useless, disband them and outsource these safety checks to a foreign ir international body. Oh GH, people always dying needless deaths. Bad roads, indiscipline and now opiods.
