There is a vein in the inner thigh if which is very critical to blood supply to the heart so yeah a shot to the thigh can be very fatal leading to death.

Glad you introduced 'PERHAPS' because there is never the slightest assurance of anything in Ghana. Remember all schools, home and abroad, preach HONESTY, but our politicians stink like skunk's spray.
