Is the chief gambling or an addict or someone taking money from him daily to be behaved in the way ? . There is more to it than we seeing and maybe the chief needs help in so many other ways.

  As a chief, he went ahead and stole AKPETESHIE from his abusuapanyin and was nearly destooled in Manhyia!
  
  When, the owner of the AKPETESHIE die, he has kept that man, who happens to be the abusuapanyin in the morgue for 5 years in order to punish him for accusing him stealing his akpeteshie!
  
  
  And the character of this man is similar to all Ghanaians esp the middle aged ones, the greedy for money!

  Ga mantse is the paramount chief of Ga marshie just like osu,nungua teshie mantse. He occupies just a portion of accra and so he can never have such powers like otumfo.He was only elevated in the media by his npp government.
