BILLY, BILLY, BILLY......... You nailed it with power, precision and perfection. I have always advocated for the revival of State farms for national service personnel to go and work in to feed the nation, including secondary schools. Posting to offices have failed due to limited space. Meanwhile we import so much food which can be substituted with produce from these farms while at the same time providing temporary employment for these youth. Thank you my dear friend. God bless you!

Billy, your suggestion is a good one on the farming for national service personnel, but it should go along with the dialogued initiative between those whose parents paid for their SHS wards to serve ONLY ONE YEAR national service and those who fully enjoyed FREE SHS to serve two years national service. I think this initiative is a BALANCED ( fair game ) one.

Correct stakeholder engagements by God sent Mahama. Two heads are better than one. It is not always that Kojo Oppong Nkrumah alone will decide for the whole country. That is rubbish. We have suffered oooo. Hmmmm

The many poor whose parents couldn’t pay should go and farm and the rich whose parents are capable should do it for a year and whenever you want to win elections you go to the rural poor for votes?By the way have you considered the number of SHS students who come out every year and how are you going to pay them even the government is finding it difficult to pay them at a go now.let us not consider farming as a cheap work that these young students can just be pushed in to work and where are the state farms now?
