Too many are not paying tax on their rental properties or residential properties.Every building must pay tax so we can all have beautiful and. clean neighbourhoods.
We re good in tax collection but the corruption associated with public funds is overwhelming.
Your staff are the ones tormenting businesses and pocketing most of the money with their own discretion. You better negotiate and let businesses pay reasonably flat rates
