Ghanaian politicians are not interested in stopping galamsey in Ghana. Since 2015, NDC and NPP politicians have watched and allowed illegal miners to destroy our forest reserves farmlands and water bodies in the country. These two politicians, both NDC and NPP, have been talking about galamsey in the country but no decisive actions to stop it because their party members are benefitting from this illegal and senseless gold mining activities
