Besides, most children who enter the SHS with poor grades improve performance after their WASSCE. I once had a student who entered the SHS with aggregate thirty-eight and completed SHS with aggregate eleven. He told me that when they were at the JHS level in the village, the teachers were always not punctual and they too took advantage of the absence of the teachers to play football. However, when he was brought to the boarding school, he was forced to learn.

Its all automatic..this is what Fordjour ahoukd be advocating..kids in jhs shouldn't have to be burdened with such pressure. I wrote the common entrance to get into secondary sch. Too much unnecessary pressure for a kid to have to go thru at that age..Ghana kraa smh these leaders do they think at all? Kids who are 10, 11, 12 shouldn't have to be burnldened with such pressures at that age. Let them enjoy their youth

Dialogue, collaboration, partnerships, collective bargaining and negotiations are the way to go. Stakeholders must share the ownership of education and feel part of the successes as well as any failures, should they arise.
