I now understand why South Africans were killing Nigerians like fouls. Government must take steps to build a database of all foreigners in the country to monitor movement. If we can school landlords small, these problems would not occur. We need to start jailing those who rent out facilities to foreigners without due diligence. Takoradi girls still on our minds.
