When u descend into that arena u r doomed. The threshold in Ghana's jurisprudence in meeting the requirements for upholding the Plaintiff's claim is quite easy. U do not have evidence of the said defamatory words used the plaintiff will succeed!! Only the truth of the said words used wud exonerate the defendant!! If he has the evidence to back the claim, then good for him!!!
