  Foolish boys and girls , your parents and guardians sent you school to go and learn, not to block roads because of malfunctioning traffic lights. In any case when there is dumsor will the traffic lights be working 25/7 . I advice they take their personal safety seriously when crossing the road. If not the school should employ a traffic warden to manage their concerns.
