It will only be deemed baseless, when the 2 million dollars mysteriously resurfaces in the GIIS accounts again, until then, there is nothing baseless about that case, wherever that money passed, it will and must surely be accounted for, You can't tax the shoe shine boy and kayaye girl with E levy, Covid levy, Betting tax etc make their lives unbearable, whilst you live in comfort and then U turn again to steal monies that could have done something to better their lives, and the lives of the many suffering masses, and expect that it should be seen as a no case or business as usual.

We are chasing $2M paid to a consultant for no work done. Fair enough! Mr Collins Dauda paid a full amount of over 200 million dollars to a contractor who was supposed to build 5000 housing units at Segleme. Surprisingly the contractor built little over 1000 units out of the supposed 5000 units.
He's a free man now. Intact he's been rewarded with a new to oversee muslins pilgrimage to Mecca. If this is not witchcraft then it's definitely witch haunting.
