He built railway for Mauritania instead of extending the railway system the colonialist left to Northern Ghana. He dashed £10 million to Guinea Conakry when that money could have been used to construct a dual carriageway safe road between Accra and Kumasi, and the odius of this behaviour is that Guineans accuse Sekou Toure of handing Guinea's money to Ghana.

Ghana was to be supplied with bauxite ores from Guinea (to feed valco). A continental hotel/flat purchased in Poland strategically to bring Africa/Africans/Ghana closer to the West as credible, like-minded investors/partners; a sign that Africa is championing the Non-Alligned Movement while at the same time bridging the racial divide. Everybody in the North had NO EDUCATION as well as Non existent educational infrastructure and Dr Kwame Nkrumah started building schools in the Northern part of Ghana with the Ashanti Cocoa Farmers money and the Ashantis farmers were NOT happy and it led to the United Party led by Dr K A Busia-an off shoot of the CPP because of the Northerners had no income or resources. There was no educated Ghanaians and so Dr Kwame Nkrumah had to bring in FREE education as well as expanding the education infrastructure to increase our literacy level and others. It was a very massive task.
