Afenyo thinks that every mp in the chamber has nothing else to do except making noise. Some are ministers handling very sensitive ministries.
Regardless of timing, Efenyo could not continue to vet ministers but would continue to address his colleague's court case in parliament. Afenyo, your action has come back to you.
The presiding speaker (deputy in this case) is the only one authorised to adjourn or continue sitting. No one else no matter how loud the hot air you blow.
