I am aware that some universities are teaching the Chinese language and it must be RESTRICTED to the Universities.

Countries which are developed can afford the luxury of differentiating their ministers but a developing country like ours should bring every ministry on board to get the work done. I thought Mahama was going to reset the country. Unfortunately I have not seen much changes since he took office.
