The officers directly involved and the top hierarchy should be made to pay for the compensation even if with their lifetime earnings. They act so arbitrary inconveniencing people most of who cannot take them on

Ghana Police, Military, GRA (especially Customs), NIB, UECO, ECG, name them act as if there's no brain in their f***king coconut when on duty.

Having the same or similar names shouldn't have any justification to this case as all passports carry biometric pictures as well as date of birth. He will get over it.
