  No body cares . Mahama needs a new IGP and heads of all the security agencies. Nobody who was in charge during the Akuffo Addo’s administration should be retained in this new government. Mahama needs a new crop of heads of security agents who will be truely loyal to him . Some of these officers may still be sympathetic to the Akuffo Addo’s and and cannot be trusted.

  What is left to be attended to is police daily collection of tithe from driver's on daily basis. We can now strongly believed those police officers on the road collecting these daily tithes do so with the blessing from the TOP. It's being alleged the monies are daily, weekly and monthly tallied and divided with shares going to district commanders, regional commanders and national commanders, hence the inability to nip these unprofessional police conduct.
  Monies these police officers made daily, weekly, monthly not to talk of yearly can prevent Ghana from assessing world bank and IMF loans.
