The first deputy speaker is from the same area and now the Chairman of the Council of State is also from Akatsi. Why?

Each of these guys will be given 4 wheel(Prado), they also be given a slot or two for recruitment into the security forces, custom, oil &gas etc. And when they are leaving office ex-gratia . Meanwhile they won't contribute anything productive to the economy
