You have stated that it is NOT a very good practice to recruit after you have lost an election. So, the political masters MUST refrain from such nefarious last minutes activities for the sake of transparency and Mother Ghana.

  The three months the MP is talking about could be December 2016, January 2017 and February 2017-it is the same, the NDC knew that because of the DUMSOR-it would lose that election. The NPP knew it would lose the 2024 election. The political parties knew if they let the electorate down and the electorate would punish them.

  I remember that President Mahama appointed Daniel Demelovo-The Audit General after the NDC had lost the 2016 election but Akuffo Addo retained Daniel Demelovo. Some in the NPP were accusing Akuffo Addo of lapse in concentration for NOT sacking Demelovo immediately the NPP took over as Demelovo was appointed after Mahama had lost the election. I remember-Mahama gave the license of the Atwiwa Forest to his brother-Ibrahim after he had lost the election. It is NOT a good practice.

  There should be a clear legislation banning recruitment 3 months to Election and 3 months after election. Critical positions recruited in those six month period should be on Temporary Employment basis
