  From the account of Nana on the land lease and allocation as against what Afenyo Markin made are contraditory. Nana is saying because the Efutu land is vested, any alienation (lease) of the land is done by the Land Commission without them the Nananom. But Afenyo Markin said categorically when quizzed on how he was able to have a lease of public land for 99yrs as the most one can have was 50yrs. He retorted that, because the whole Efutu land was vested so after he had acquired (bought) it from the chiefs, he was yet to make payment to the Land Commission in order to secure title to the land. Please Nana, you just brought yourself to be scrutinized by the public because the man you are defending said he had already paid you chiefs for the land but you are here claiming otherwise..

He started asking needless and unnecessary questions and he was caught pants down. Did you noticed the shock on his face when his documents came up during the vetting.

If he can make it then stop throwing the stones because you live in a glass house yourself. A Nigerian folklore have a proverb that states in part " if benevolent spirits crack your kernels for you, you must learn to be humble".

  He is taking advantage of the porous chieftaincy crises Effutu to ammas wealth and we are very much aware of this. Ghartey's time is up. He knows fully well that the issue of Edfutu lands belongs to Ayirebi Acquah family. The records are there. If well minded Ghanaian can go and check. As Afenyo stated the issue of the lands for Effutu has been sent to the Supreme Court of Gold Coast and settled 3 times. Ask Afenyo of the outcome of the issues.
