Let us understand that if the charges leveled against Ken Ofori Atta are true, let us understand that he is not going to come to Ghana anytime soon. If found guilty of any of the financial crimes he knows he is going to be sentenced to die in Prison. No innocent person will want that so he is not going to come to Ghana again.
There is not much for him to do in Ghana because his parents are already dead.
Again, his wife and children might have left Ghana already for the West. What precisely does he need in Ghana now.
With such a huge loot, he is not going to do any Donkey job in the West. All he needs to do now is to keep quiet wherever he is and enjoy his loot.
Knowing the past history of Ghana, the West, possibly the USA and Canada will never deport him to Ghana. They will rather encourage him to spend his loot at the Western Country where he is hiding. He is gone with our money for good. It is sad how some Politicians can be so greedy and thieves.
The Government can only try to get those who were also involved in the various scams. I can visualize that those closely involved in the scandals have probably left the country already.
