The allegation of ¢15,000,000.00 spent last year on this celebration? Contractors are not paid.
This is good news. It had no benefits. It made regional and district levels celebrations very weak and schoolchildren did not value it like those days
What was the reason for the rotation? There was no use except to create a chance for people to spend taxpayers' money anyhow. Some individuals made huge money out of that rotational celebration.
