Generally speaking, Uncle Sam is against the Death Sentence but not when you commit such a horrible and heinous crime in States like Texas. Texas still has the Death Penalty. Even if it comes out that the accused has become converted while in Prison, former Governor of Texas, Mr. Bush will agree but will not pardon any such person with the explanation that IF YOU HAVE BECOME CONVERTED, THEN LET EXECUTE YOU TO GO AND MEET GOD IN HEAVEN.

Frank, Afoko is innocent until proven guilty. Note that was acquitted and discharged by a court of competent jurisdiction after the infamous botchedprosecution by NPP village champion Godfred Dame. It was the then Attorney General who unilaterally rearrested and kept him behind iron gates. Prior to this same Godfred Dame filed for nolle prosiqui hours before the presiding was about to rule on a no case. Legal expects have concluded that prosecution has not been candid to the court with weak trumped up chargers and hollow evidences that can not stand the test of time.

In other to prevent humiliation, he filed to discontinue yet arrested him before he could go out of the courtroom door and recharged with same charges. And that was after 5 years of unsuccessful prosecution. Who does that? His liberty has been curtailed for 9 years yet. All he saying is, bring your evidences. Prosecute "me and jail me properly" if substantial. Otherwise like me go
