  Africa is different from Europe as Europe is different from USA,we need to reduce taxes in africa not increase it as taxes,taxes are stolen in africa anyway so not much difference,the Europeans want to decrease their taxes but are unable to because of their systems,for example in Uk when Liz Truss became prime minister one of the first things she did was to reduce taxes
