  The Health Ministry needs a total transformation including changes in the attitudes of health workers. Also it is very unhygienic, risky and a high probability of transmitting bacteria and germs when health workers are allowed to wear their uniform in public places (e.g. in busses, market places, shops, café,) etc. These uniforms are worn in the hospital wards which are full of bacteria. The Ministry should provide a space where health workers can change their clothes and leave the uniforms in the hospital premises and not wear them in public places. We need to restructure our health care delivery system.
