  This SP is puzzlingly not for real??? What kind of information is he looking for that his lawyers can’t provide. Can’t Ken Ofori Atta be deposed by video conferencing?? KOA should stay out and dare this useless SOB to file extradition papers to force him to return to Ghana. I am not holding brief for KOA if he has committed any crime but this public spectacle of showing where where power lies is a bridge too far. How can you give his reputation back if you fail in your prosecution show trial to prove your worth.?? If you think KOA in handcuffs will feed your bloated ego then think twice and treat people suspected of crimes with dignity.

While the prosecutor starts the process by requesting an arrest warrant, it is ultimately the judge who issues the warrant and plays a crucial role in declaring someone a fugitive. The big question is, why the rush?
