    What do you mean by legal end? The "nolle prosequi" is legal. It didn't end in your favour (the way you want it), but that doesn't mean it is illegal.

    AT LEAST, THOSE ACCUSED PERSONS REMAINED IN GHANA ALL THESE YEARS DURING INVESTIGATIONS AND SUBSEQUENT TRIALS. THEY DID NOT RUN AWAY FROM THE JURISDICTION.
