  Hmmmmmm for over 60yrs post independence, we've been modernizing Agric and this is how we still store our farm produce. SARI, CRI and the other research institutions are all there seeming to be busy all year round. What we must note is that, this is not just a loss to the farmers but a huge deficit to all Ghanaians as we're still struggling to be food sufficient. The new Minister of Agriculture must not see this as another incident but a wake up call to think differently. What can we do to improve these storage facilities in locations much closer to the communities to ensure strong surveillance and tight security at all times?
