This Minister basically do not have what it takes to improve our transport system in Ghana.I have listened to him ever since he was appointed but he doesn't sound like he has that wisdom to change anything.

He should trading on pavement on thee road, remove old cars on the roads and reduce cost of transport, legalizing okada, enforce road axle limit. Big trucks destroy our roads. Broken down vehicles should be towed at the cost ...

He should trading on pavement on thee road, remove old cars on the roads and reduce cost of transport, legalizing okada, enforce road axle limit. Big trucks destroy our roads. Broken down vehicles should be towed at the cost of the owner and any car that destroy metal barriers should be made to repair them
