  .KOBBY Mensah has acquired education as a professor but the man is very stupid and a BIG FOOL because he has no wisdom apart from the knowledge he has acquired . My late uneducated grandmother told me that there is difference between knowledge and Wisdom. And these.can be found in mushroom nowadays university professors like Mr. KOBBY MENSAH and Sex for grades professor Gyampo. They are soo tribalistic and inward looking individuals. Ghana can never.progress such people in the helm of affairs.
