So the government should go ahead and scrap it. Let's see what they being on board. If for nothing at all, it helped stabilise prices when they went up as high as 20 per barrel. If today we are experiencing difficulties with ...

So the government should go ahead and scrap it. Let's see what they being on board. If for nothing at all, it helped stabilise prices when they went up as high as 20 per barrel. If today we are experiencing difficulties with prices once again, I wonder how that can be attributed to it when a new government in place has indicated that it will, not continue with it?
