  Ladies and gentlemen, I was hoping to see many praises for His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama for reshuffling his appointment at SOEs perhaps based on meritorious consideration given the rich Profile of Mr. Simon Madjie. I want to state emphatically that it is not every leadership positions that are based on rich Profile of the appointees.
  There are many indices that informs the Appointor (His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama) some of the indices include but not limited to the following;
  1. Regional balance
  2. Specific professional expertise
  3. Intentional opportunity given to people to build their capacity in that office (make the person learn on the Job honestly such people are too careful so they make little or no mistakes)
  4. Institutional memory (This simply means that the person is already working there and got promoted to another office bigger than his or her previous office)
  5. Build unity amongst party faithfuls especially if there is perceived division.
  6. Cultural and religious consideration
  7. Political party manifesto implementation.
  8. Giving recognition to key campaign contributors (people contributed intellectually, physically, and financially and of course risk takers as in some people sacrificed their jobs, family safety and many others)
  Ladies and gentlemen, I want to use this opportunity to admonish us all to praise the President if you see good things. We should reduce the too much criticism he is just some few weeks old. Mr. President you have foresight!

Already, your Secretary is sending sack letters to people who had already resigned. Not good enough. Your office has to be meticulous please. It makes you appear clumsy; not good at all

  My brother I beg to differ, any resignation must follow due process that is the Appointor His Excellency the President must receive your resignation letter and he must duly accept or reject his resignation before he leaves office. The President may not accept your resignation letter and that is why the resignation letter must get to President to fully complete the procedure of resignation. If the person resignation did not reach the office of the President then he is deemed to be at post so the President through his secretary did not commit any illegality or fault any procedure for you to say the President is having a clumsy leadership. In the case of the reshuffle it is the strongest message to Ghanaians that we have the best President in the 4th Republic who is not afraid to reshuffle you if he thinks it is the best for the interest of Ghana. This is a direct message to other appointees that if you mess up even a little tiny bit you will either be sacked or if you are lucky you will be reshuffled. Technically my brother we are enjoying the best leadership so far. Peace to you!

  Bro , Prof Ken Attafuah of the NIA had “RETIRED” in November 2024; not resigned as my earlier post had mentioned. My bad. Also , Dr. Henry Kokofu had “RETIRED” from the EPA in March 2024 ; not resigned. But the point remains the same. For the President to sack people who had left their posts, leaves much to be desired . Indeed Prof. Attafuah had mentioned that the executive Secretary of the President had apologized to him for the gaffe . This is not a good sign. It shows someone isn’t doing their work well. Even in our daily small businesses, being meticulous is key. Not to mention the presidency. To appoint a young lady to a position and reappoint her when she hasn’t taken office is surely in bad taste.
  
  This is because , she wasn’t reassigned because of poor performance or anything related to her work at the GIPC( she hadn’t even gone to the office). Instead it says a lot about the appointing officer; that indeed he goofed in his appointment and that’s something he must avoid. However, I’d give the President credit if indeed he felt it was objectively a wrong appointment for her in the beginning and sought to annul it. It would mean he is serious about work and won’t be shy to correct mistakes as soon as he notices. However , if he annulled the lady’s appointment because of pressure from party sources, that makes the situation worse. Because it would mean he isn’t firm to stand by his decisions. Whichever way, the presidency must be seen to be firm and meticulous and that wasn’t exhibited in these occasions

If they are due for retirement they equally have to inform the President or the President will remind them of their retirement. Indeed all these events the occupants of the various positions will have to prepare their handing over notes which will reach the President and his successor. My brother with the apology from the President's secretary was a diplomatic apology calm down unsolicited egos of uninformed people perhaps including the person receiving the apology because the transition should have all details of persons who are post and those who are not. When it comes to the quickest reshuffle that is the firmest for leadership so I want to call His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama the best President in the 4th Republic. I must confess that all Ghanaians hands are on deck to make sure the President does not fail because we will not forgive if things go bad. Honestly things will only go bad if his appointees mess up like the way they have started messing up and let hit you a little they have started being rude, arrogant and snubbish to party faithfuls. Former President Kufour had very good appointees who were people centered and also had interest in developing Ghana. We can all attest to the popularity of many appointees from Former President Kufour era permit me to mention just a few, Hon. Kennedy Agyepong, Hon. Alan Cash, Asamoah Boateng why did you think that they are still popular? The answer is simple they were financially helping the young guys in the party so the young guys were also growing and developing with them so I have been popular since Former President Kufour era up to date. Please can you mention after Former President Atta mills the popular people young guys in business who are following the his appointees zero what about the current President John Dramani Mahama? The answer is simply zero the reason is that Former President mills era, President John Dramani Mahama era and Former President Akufo Addo era the appointees are basically greedy bastards courtesy former president Rawlings.
  I have done some research on a personal level and Former President Akufo Addo era the greed and anything bad is bigger than the entire political history of Ghana. I have recently done another research on a personal level and the current appointees are going to bring President John Dramani Mahama done he is not even aware and he does not know how to detect it. I am not close to the President I would have helped him to detect it fix it. I wish I can help but it seems some of the appointees have started on a bad note.
  But speaking quality and qualifications I was hoping to see Mr. Afriya Ankra receive a very important ministrial position because he worked very hard in 2020 elections such that if he speaking the televisions in our houses will be shaking in fact there was a day he talking with the face mask on I mean the one with glass covering the whole face that day he spoke such that the glass broke and my wall television was shaking he made NDC attractive and then the economic Messiah, economic superior Hon. Isaac Adongo he also joined Afriya Ankra to make the party more attractive as for the rest of them honestly they were additional efforts. It is late good night. Peace to you.

If they are due for retirement they equally have to inform the President or the President will remind them of their retirement it is a requirement because the President can extend his stay in office by giving him a contract to for a whiles the President looks a suitable replacement. Indeed all these events the occupants of the various positions will have to prepare their handing over notes which will reach the President and his successor.
