Can we make laws to prevent government giving contracts to Chief Executives of public institutions more than the term of office of the appointing government. For example, President Mahama's appointed Chief Executives contract must expire in January,2029. If the government is retain in 2028 election, and they want to renew the CEO's contract, so be it. This will prevent unnecessary litigation. No government would want to work with an appointee they cannot trust.
