It’s a bloody waste of everyone’s time and certainly that of serious Ghanaians. What kind of nonsense circuses is that? Some of the crowd cannot understand the process nor the English spoken there. Those who invited these idlers and freeloading ignorant crowd must be responsible for their upkeep. This is totally shameful. Are these nominees not ashamed?   Who goes for a job or promotion interview with a bus load of family, friends and townsfolk? It is an absurdity and plain nonsense to carry a horde of people to a vetting. A recipe for corruption. The nominees and their followers only think about what they are going to get from the office and not about the output and the positive impact on the office.
