  This was a disgraceful scam that allowed useless and incompetent state sector CEO’s, the presidency and friends of president to loot this state with no shame. Buying and selling of gold was done by criminals, buying and selling of oil was done by criminals. They all had their mark up’s running into millions. The net loser was the Ghanaian taxpayer.
