Why are most Ghanaians so stupid. Why debate this issue. The minister clearly stated that the allowance would be cancelled to give way to an enhanced student loan. But the will continue to get their allowance for few months while awaiting the implementation of the enhanced loans. He even went further to explain that there is no way tertiary students should be fed. So why stupidity by the education ministry changing what the minister said. And why are the useless media houses debating what the minister clearly said. Ghana indeed is a SHIT-HOLE country. Made up of many stupid fools who refuse to think or reason.
