  Annor Dompre is can apology of legislator . He is unruly, uncouth, arrogant and snobbish and I don't think Annor Dompre is fit to be representing his constituents because he's not manners and etiquette to hold the position of the micro minority whip. If nothing at all, Annor Dompre should suffer more punitive sanctions more than the other culprits. I don't think Annor Dompre was brought up but he was reared like an animal because some of his antics are animalistic.
