Their conditions of employment entails declaration of assets which certainly is public knowledge. If you have evidence of anyone engaging him/herself in corruption (involving state funds), report the person to the relevant authorities. That being the case, Ablakwa didn't need to have fueled it during his vetting, supplying veritable information needlessly.
