The savage Annor Dompreh was the instigator, initiator, and executor of the entire chaos in the Parliament. He should be held 100% responsible with the clown Afenyo as his facilitator.
Afenyo is not worthy of the Ghana Parliament, let alone the ECOWAS parliament. He should be recalled right away.
