  Greater Accra Region is the example available to show the millions of people who enter Ghana.
  It is critical that we have a person with impeccable credentials (integrity, professionalism, intelligence, strategic, focused, inspiring and knowledgeable) to lead the region. The exhibition of the nominated at the vetting is a cause of worry. It does not portend well for the region and all stakeholders will have to be on top of their game to make the minister effective. Some well meaning advisors are urgently needed to shore up her unknown deficiencies since the vetting showed nothing but patronage of a group of people for their own. No regard for the issues on the ground.

  The first thing we must do as Ga Adangme,s is to make sure that our people who represent us are well educated people, gone are the days anyone can represent you because of love you have for the person, let us make sure we are been represent by lawyers, Economics, Doctors, engineers and people with good communication skills, not people who just go there to add to the numbers of the mp's and be shouting yeeya our mp's can get appointment if they are not high profile educationalist

  In any case with the teaching and the use of the local languages I think government and for that matter the GES, Ghana Media Commission, and Association of Ghana Industry etc with the only exception been the Judicial Service which always enforces the language policy in our courts, the others appears to have been hijacked and or appears to be doing the bidding of some unseen group..
  
  It should be a common practice which should be enforceable and punishable if flouted, that in every region, district or community, the indigenous and other dominant language(s) in each such community, for instance in a place like Ashaiman, the indigenous language is Ga, the dominant language are other Ga-Adangbe dialects like Krobo, and then Ewe are widely spoken and so thses languages are the ones which should be use in all form of educational activities be it teaching at schools, (both public and private), by AGI members in their advertising messages in the all media, minority and majority media and even by our textiles companies by using a combination of say six of our major as well as minority languages hand in hand languages in their textile prints together without much difficulty..
  
  When this is done it then gives true meaning to the principle of inclusivity to citizens as enshrined in our constitution..
  And so we pray that government should be up and doing and ensure that the right thing is done and that it's works to give true and real meaning to this constitutional provision and ensure equity and fair treatments for all its citizens..
