How was Awuah Darko able to make it by lifting sweet crude from jubilee fields and processing it at rfcc plant and make profit.
Tor can meet 50% or more of our market demand when it's running, strengthening the cedi and creating employment.
I will advise Kombat to consult Awuah Darko on how he was able to run the refinery and make profit.

Gov. needs to look at revamping TOR and possibly a new refinery at Takoradi. Strictly monitoring or incharge and punish all culprits
