  That is bullshit. If the NDC does not have the qualified person to head the GRA , then it is understandable to get a qualified person with affiliation to another party. But I doubt if the NDC lacks a qualified person for that ...

  That is bullshit. If the NDC does not have the qualified person to head the GRA , then it is understandable to get a qualified person with affiliation to another party. But I doubt if the NDC lacks a qualified person for that post. The NPP will not give such a sensitive position to a qualified member of the NDC if they were in government. Ghana needs all qualified hands on deck to change the fortunes of the country but Mahama should consider picking the qualified candidates from his party first before considering other candidates from other parties if there is none from his party . Doing that will incur the displeasure of the grassroots who are the foundation of the party.
