    Go one step further: take photos of all obstruction stickers on sign boards since they all have contact numbers and let the police deal with them

    Or have the appropriate ministry punish them to work with you for some weeks

    This guy should be given attention by the government and setup a ministry or something for him , his project is crucial he saves lives but for the Ghana police they only collect money on roads sides.
